It uses the active tab permission, not a broad host permission. It reads visible text, selected text, headings, author clues, and source links.
AI help runs only when you click Improve. Captured page context is sent to Google Generative Language / Gemini only for that Improve action. The payload can include the page URL, title, visible text, selected text, headings, author clues, links, and the local draft.
The extension stores only local counters and recent drafts in Chrome storage.
This landing page uses privacy-friendly Vercel analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies or track people across sites.
